30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Thassos White is one of the most porous marbles available and requires thorough penetrating sealer application before grouting and again after installation. In wet areas such as showers, re-seal every 6–12 months to prevent moisture intrusion and staining. The Blue Marble component should be treated with the same frequency.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or mop only. Never use vinegar, citrus-based cleaners, bleach, or abrasive scrubbers, as acidic or alkaline products will etch the honed surface and dull the finish. Wipe spills immediately — especially on Thassos White, which can absorb pigmented liquids quickly.

Installation: Use bright white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey or beige adhesive from showing through the translucent Thassos chips. Align mesh sheets carefully, maintaining consistent joint spacing for a clean geometric pattern. Use non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch; for best results, use a white or light grey grout to preserve the clean two-tone palette. Back-butter individual sheets in addition to applying thinset to the substrate for full coverage.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
