30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Thassos White is a highly porous, pure white marble that must be sealed before installation and resealed every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers and steam rooms. Use a premium penetrating stone sealer specifically formulated for white or light-colored marble to prevent discoloration and staining. Because of its brilliant white tone, any unsealed exposure to oils, soaps, or colored grout can cause permanent staining.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner diluted in warm water and a soft microfiber cloth or mop. Never use vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, or any acidic or alkaline cleaners — these will etch the honed surface and dull the finish permanently. Wipe up spills immediately, especially from coffee, wine, or citrus, as Thassos is highly reactive to acids.

Installation: Always use bright white polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid any gray or tan bleed-through on this ultra-white stone. Use non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch to prevent surface scratching during grouting. Align mesh-backed sheets carefully on a flat substrate, and back-butter each sheet lightly to ensure full adhesive coverage under the chips. Allow thinset to cure fully before grouting.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
