30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Thassos White is a dense marble but its pure white color makes staining highly visible — seal with a premium penetrating stone sealer before grouting and after installation. In wet areas such as showers, reseal every 6–12 months to maintain stain resistance.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft, non-abrasive cloth or sponge. Avoid acidic cleaners, vinegar, citrus-based products, and anything abrasive — the polished surface is susceptible to etching from acids, which will dull the high-gloss finish and be especially visible on the bright white stone.

Installation: Use bright white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any gray show-through on this ultra-white stone. Apply non-sanded grout for the small mosaic joints. When setting sheets, ensure the mesh backing lies flat and align grout lines between sheets carefully. Back-butter individual chips that appear to have uneven coverage for a fully bonded installation.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
