30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Thassos White is a very dense but highly porous-appearing white marble that can absorb liquids and staining agents quickly — sealing before grouting and after installation is essential. Apply a high-quality penetrating stone sealer and reseal every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers and kitchen backsplashes. The pure white color makes any staining immediately visible, so diligent sealing is especially critical.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge only. Never use acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus), alkaline degreasers, or abrasive scrubbers, as they will etch and dull the polished surface permanently. Wipe up spills — especially oils, coffee, wine, and acidic foods — immediately to prevent staining the white marble.

Installation: Always use bright white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey or dark adhesive from telegraphing through the translucent white marble chips. Use non-sanded grout for the narrow mosaic joints to avoid scratching the polished surface. Back-butter individual chips where needed for full adhesion, and align mesh sheets carefully to maintain the continuity of the chevron pattern across the installation. Leave a 1/16-inch grout joint between sheets consistent with the internal joint spacing.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
