30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Thassos White marble must be sealed before grouting and regularly thereafter. Because of its exceptional whiteness and high porosity, apply a premium penetrating stone sealer upon installation and reseal every 6–12 months in shower and wet-area applications to prevent staining and moisture intrusion. In drier applications such as backsplashes, annual sealing is typically sufficient.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner diluted in warm water and a soft microfiber cloth. Never use vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, or any acidic or alkaline cleaner — the polished surface is particularly vulnerable to etching, which will permanently dull the mirror-like finish. Wipe up spills, especially oils and colored liquids, immediately to prevent absorption into the stone.

Installation: Always use bright white polymer-modified thinset mortar — gray thinset can telegraph through the translucent white marble and discolor the finished surface. Back-butter each mesh sheet in addition to spreading adhesive on the substrate for full coverage. Use non-sanded white grout for the narrow mosaic joints to avoid scratching the polished faces. Align the herringbone direction across sheets before setting to maintain a continuous pattern flow.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
