30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Thassos White marble is highly porous and must be sealed before grouting and after installation. Apply a premium penetrating stone sealer and reapply every 6–12 months in wet areas such as shower floors. The pure white color makes staining highly visible, so consistent sealing is especially critical.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner only — never use vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, or any acidic or alkaline cleaner, as these will etch and dull the honed surface. Wipe up spills immediately, especially oils, red wine, and dark liquids, to prevent absorption into the stone.

Installation: Always use white thinset mortar — gray thinset can bleed through the grout joints and discolor the bright white Thassos chips. Use non-sanded grout for the tight joints between mosaic pieces, and back-butter each sheet lightly in addition to the substrate for full adhesion coverage. Confirm sheet alignment carefully before pressing into place, as repositioning disturbs the dot placement.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
