30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Thassos White, despite its density, should be sealed with a penetrating stone sealer before grouting and immediately after installation. In wet areas such as showers, reapply sealer every 6–12 months to prevent moisture infiltration and staining. Because Thassos is an extremely bright white stone, consistent sealing is critical to keeping its surface pristine and preventing grout haze or mineral deposits from bonding to the stone.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft microfiber cloth or mop. Never use acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus, or bleach-based products) as they will etch the polished surface and cause permanent dullness. Wipe up spills — especially coffee, wine, and citrus juices — immediately, as the polished surface on a white stone will show etching and staining more readily than darker or honed alternatives.

Installation: Always use white polymer-modified thinset mortar when installing Thassos White marble to prevent any gray or tan thinset color from telegraphing through the translucent stone. Use non-sanded grout for mosaic joints under 1/8 inch. Align mesh sheets carefully on a flat, level substrate and press firmly to ensure full contact. Back-butter individual sheets on uneven walls for maximum bond strength.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
