Sealing: Thassos White is a highly crystalline, low-porosity marble, but its bright white color makes any staining immediately visible, so sealing is strongly recommended. Apply a penetrating stone sealer before grouting and reseal every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers and around sinks. Use an impregnating sealer specifically formulated for polished white marble.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone soap or plain warm water — never use vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, or any acidic or alkaline cleaner, as these will etch the polished surface and leave dull spots. Wipe spills immediately, especially coffee, wine, and citrus-based liquids. Avoid abrasive scrubbers that can scratch the high-gloss finish.

Installation: Always use bright-white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent grey bleed-through on the translucent white stone. Align mesh-backed sheets carefully in a dry layout before adhering to ensure the dot pattern is consistent across joints. Use non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch and apply grout release or sealer to the polished surface before grouting to prevent pigment absorption into the stone.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
