Sealing: Tundra Gray marble should be sealed with a penetrating stone sealer before installation and again after grouting. In wet areas such as showers and bathroom floors, re-seal every 12–18 months to maintain stain resistance and protect the polished surface. The lighter gray tones can show water spots and mineral deposits if left unsealed.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft microfiber cloth or mop. Avoid acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus-based), abrasive scrubbers, or bleach-based products, which will etch the polished surface and dull its finish over time. Wipe up spills — especially acidic liquids such as wine, coffee, or juice — promptly to prevent etching.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid any gray bleed-through on the lighter stone face. Back-butter each tile in addition to applying thinset to the substrate to ensure full coverage and prevent lippage on this large-format tile. Use a 1/8" to 3/16" grout joint with a non-sanded or fine-sanded grout in a complementary gray or white tone; level with a tile leveling system for best results.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
