Sealing: Tundra Gray marble should be sealed with a penetrating stone sealer before grouting and after installation. In wet areas such as showers, resealing every 6–12 months is recommended to protect the stone from moisture penetration and staining. Pale gray stones can show water marks and soap residue if left unsealed.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner or mild dish soap diluted in warm water. Avoid acidic cleaners, vinegar, citrus-based products, or anything abrasive — the polished surface is susceptible to etching from acids, which will dull the finish permanently. Wipe spills promptly, especially oils, wine, and citrus juices.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any gray bleed-through on the light stone surface. Non-sanded grout is recommended for the 2×2 chip format to achieve clean, tight joints without scratching the polished face. Align mesh sheets carefully during installation to maintain consistent joint lines across the field, and back-butter individual chips in areas with uneven substrate for a firm bond.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
