Care & install: Porcelain and ceramic are non-porous and never need sealing — just clean with a mild pH-neutral cleaner. Black tile shows dust, lint, and water spots more visibly, so a matte finish and regular wiping keep it looking its best. For floors, check the slip rating; large-format tiles need a level substrate to minimize lippage. Shade varies by run, so order from one lot where possible.
