30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Both Thassos White and Bianco Carrara marble must be sealed before grouting and regularly thereafter. In wet areas such as showers, re-seal every 6–12 months with a premium penetrating stone sealer. The pure white of Thassos in particular is highly susceptible to staining and should never be left unsealed.

Cleaning: Use only pH-neutral stone cleaners — never vinegar, citrus-based products, bleach, or any acidic or alkaline cleaner, as these will etch the polished marble surface and can discolor or corrode the brass inserts. Dry the surface after each use in wet areas to prevent hard water spotting on the high-gloss finish.

Installation: Always use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent dark adhesive from telegraphing through the translucent Thassos chips. Use non-sanded grout for the tight mosaic joints. Back-butter each mesh sheet in addition to spreading adhesive on the substrate for maximum bond. Align mesh sheets carefully to maintain consistent geometric pattern flow across the installation area. Allow thinset to cure fully before grouting.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
