Sealing: Jerusalem Gold Limestone must be sealed prior to installation with a high-quality penetrating stone sealer. In wet areas such as showers or bathrooms, re-seal every 12–18 months to protect against moisture penetration and staining. The honed finish, while more forgiving than polished, is still porous and benefits from consistent sealing maintenance.

Cleaning: Clean exclusively with a pH-neutral stone cleaner or mild dish soap diluted in warm water. Never use acidic cleaners, vinegar, lemon-based products, or abrasive scrubbers, as limestone is highly susceptible to etching and surface dulling from acidic contact. Wipe spills — especially wine, citrus, and coffee — immediately to prevent staining.

Installation: Use a white polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid any gray bleed-through on the warm golden stone face. Back-butter each tile in addition to applying thinset to the substrate to ensure full coverage and prevent lippage on this large format. Use tile leveling clips during installation to maintain a flat, even surface. Maintain a minimum 1/16-inch grout joint and select a sanded grout in a warm ivory or beige tone to complement the stone's palette.

Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
