Sealing: Bianco Dolomite is a light, porous marble that requires thorough sealing before grouting and initial use. Apply a penetrating stone sealer rated for dolomitic marble and reapply every 12 months in showers or wet areas, and every 2 years in dry applications. The bright white background will show staining more readily than darker stones, so timely sealing is especially important.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone soap or mild stone cleaner diluted in warm water — never use vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, or any acidic or alkaline cleaners, as they will etch and dull the honed surface. Wipe up spills — especially oils, coffee, and wine — immediately to prevent staining. Avoid abrasive scrubbers that can scratch the matte finish.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid any grey bleed-through on the bright white stone. Non-sanded grout is recommended for joints under 1/8 inch; use a white or light grey grout to maintain the seamless aesthetic. Lay mesh sheets flat and check alignment carefully before setting, as the large hexagon format leaves little margin for error. Back-butter individual chips on textured backs for improved bond strength.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
