30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Bianco Dolomite marble should be sealed with a penetrating stone sealer before installation and resealed every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers and around sinks. As a pale white stone, it is more susceptible to staining and requires diligent sealing to maintain its appearance over time.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or mop. Avoid acidic cleaners, vinegar, citrus-based products, and abrasive scrubbers, which can etch or dull the honed surface. Wipe up spills — especially oils, coffee, and wine — promptly to prevent staining.

Installation: Use white thinset mortar to prevent show-through on this light-colored marble. Install sheets mesh-side down, aligning grout joints carefully between sheets for a seamless look. Use non-sanded grout for joints up to 1/8 inch. Back-butter individual chips in addition to spreading thinset on the substrate to ensure full adhesion, especially on floors.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
