30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Both Calacatta Gold and Thassos White are porous marbles that must be sealed before grouting and regularly thereafter. Apply a penetrating stone sealer every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers; the bright white Thassos chips are especially susceptible to staining and discoloration if left unsealed.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. Avoid acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus), alkaline degreasers, and anything abrasive — the polished surface will etch and lose its sheen when exposed to acids, and stains are more visible against the bright white background.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid shadowing through the pale stone. Apply non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch to prevent scratching the polished surface. Back-butter each sheet lightly in addition to troweling the substrate for full coverage, and align mesh sheets carefully to maintain consistent diamond geometry across the installation.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
