Processing & Delivery: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Large orders ship via LTL freight — curbside delivery only. An adult must be present to sign for delivery. Estimated transit: 2–10 business days after shipment.

30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses. Additional charges may apply for remote delivery areas.

Sealing: Both Bianco Carrara and Bardiglio marble must be sealed prior to grouting and regularly thereafter. In wet areas such as showers, reseal every 6–12 months using a penetrating impregnating sealer rated for natural stone. The lighter Carrara chips are especially susceptible to staining and should receive extra attention during sealing.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. Never use vinegar, bleach, citrus-based cleaners, or any acidic products — these will etch and dull the polished surface permanently. Wipe up spills immediately, especially oils, coffee, and wine, to prevent deep staining in the porous Carrara stone.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid any grey bleed-through showing beneath the lighter Carrara chips. Install sheet by sheet, carefully aligning the mesh backing to maintain the integrity of the DC Metro pattern across joints. Use non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch to protect the polished surface from scratching. Back-butter each sheet lightly in addition to troweling the substrate for full, void-free coverage.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
