Sealing: Unlike natural travertine, this porcelain tile is non-porous and does not require sealing. The grout joints, however, should be sealed upon installation and resealed annually in wet areas such as showers and bathrooms to prevent staining and moisture penetration.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone or tile cleaner and warm water. Avoid acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus-based), bleach, or abrasive scrubbing pads, which can dull the matte surface finish over time. For textured R11 surfaces, a soft-bristle brush helps lift dirt from the micro-texture without damaging it.

Installation: Use a large-format tile trowel (3/8" square-notch or larger) and a high-quality polymer-modified white thinset mortar to achieve full back coverage — back-buttering is recommended for 12×24 tiles to eliminate voids. Rectified edges allow grout joints as narrow as 1/16"; use unsanded grout for joints under 1/8". Lay in a 1/3 offset brick pattern to minimize lippage and maximize visual impact.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Freight Delivery

Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.

Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
