30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Asian Statuary marble must be sealed before grouting and re-sealed every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers. Apply a penetrating impregnator sealer formulated for white marble to prevent staining through the porous honed surface — pale stones show water marks and oil absorption more readily than darker stones.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge; never use vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, or any acidic or alkaline cleaner, as these will etch the honed surface and dull the finish permanently. Wipe spills — especially oils, wine, and citrus — immediately to prevent absorption into the stone.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid any grey bleed-through on this light-colored marble. Apply non-sanded grout in joints under 1/8 inch to protect chip edges. Back-butter each sheet lightly for full adhesion coverage, align mesh sheets carefully to maintain consistent joint spacing, and avoid pressing so hard that thinset squeezes up between chips. Allow full cure before exposing to water.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
