30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Both Bianco Carrara and Thassos marble are porous and must be sealed prior to grouting and installation. Apply a premium penetrating stone sealer and reapply every 6–12 months in shower or high-moisture environments. Thassos, being exceptionally white, is especially susceptible to staining and should be sealed with extra care to maintain its brilliant appearance.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner diluted in warm water and a soft microfiber cloth or mop. The polished surface is highly susceptible to etching from acidic substances such as lemon juice, vinegar, wine, and common bathroom products — wipe spills immediately. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, bleach-based products, or any cleaner not specifically formulated for natural stone.

Installation: Use bright white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey bleed-through that could discolor the Thassos chips. Apply non-sanded grout for the tight mosaic joints, and use a white or light grout color to complement the stone tones. Align mesh sheets carefully to maintain consistent joint spacing, and back-butter individual sheets for full coverage adhesion on wall applications.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
