30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Both Nero Marquina and Calacatta Gold marble must be sealed with a penetrating stone sealer prior to grouting and after installation. Reseal every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers or humid bathrooms. Calacatta Gold, being a lighter stone, is particularly susceptible to staining and should be sealed with extra care and a quality impregnating sealer.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner only — never use acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus), bleach, or abrasive scrubbers, as these will etch the polished marble surfaces and tarnish the brushed brass inserts. Wipe spills immediately, especially oils, wine, and acidic liquids, as polished marble is prone to etching and Calacatta Gold's light ground shows stains readily. For the brass elements, use a gentle non-abrasive cloth to preserve the brushed finish.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any dark adhesive from showing through the lighter Calacatta Gold marble chips. Install on walls only — do not use on floors. Align mesh sheets carefully, checking pattern continuity across sheet joints before setting. Use non-sanded grout in a color that complements both the black and white marble tones (a warm medium gray or soft white grout is recommended). Back-butter individual sheets lightly in addition to applying thinset to the substrate for improved adhesion on vertical surfaces.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
