Sealing: Seal with a penetrating stone sealer before grouting and re-seal every 12 months in wet areas such as showers. White and light grey marbles are especially susceptible to staining; a high-quality impregnating sealer is strongly recommended for all installations.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or mop — never use acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus), bleach, or abrasive scrubbers. The polished finish is particularly vulnerable to etching from acids and dulling from harsh chemicals; wipe up spills promptly, especially coffee, wine, and citrus juices.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset to prevent grey adhesive bleed-through on the light stone surface. Apply non-sanded grout for the tight 2×4 mosaic joints. Align mesh sheets carefully, leaving consistent spacing between sheets equal to the joint width within the sheet. Back-butter each sheet lightly in addition to the substrate for a strong bond, especially in wet areas.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
