Sealing: Porcelain is non-porous and does not require sealing. The grout joints, however, should be sealed with a penetrating grout sealer upon installation and resealed annually in high-moisture areas such as showers and wet rooms.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral tile cleaner and a damp mop or soft cloth. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners, as these can dull the matte finish over time. For textured matte surfaces, a soft-bristle brush can help lift debris from the surface texture without scratching.

Installation: Install using a large-format tile trowel (1/2" × 1/2" square-notch recommended) with a white or gray polymer-modified thinset suitable for large porcelain tiles. Back-butter each tile to ensure full coverage and prevent lippage. Use tile spacers to maintain consistent joints, and allow for expansion joints at perimeters and field breaks per TCNA guidelines.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Processing & Transit
In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Most tile and stone orders ship via scheduled LTL freight and typically arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination. You'll receive tracking and carrier details by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Freight Delivery

  • Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.
  • Scheduled appointment. The freight company contacts you directly to arrange a delivery window.
  • Signature required. An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.
  • Clear access. Please ensure the delivery site is reachable by a freight truck and free of obstructions.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

  • Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
  • Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
  • Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
  • Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
