30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses. Additional charges may apply for remote delivery areas.

Sealing: Both Calacatta Gold and Thassos marble are porous and must be sealed before grouting and use. Apply a penetrating, pH-neutral stone sealer to all surfaces and re-seal every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers. Thassos, being highly crystalline, can absorb staining agents quickly — do not skip or delay sealing.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone soap or dedicated marble cleaner only. Never use vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, ammonia, or any acidic or abrasive cleaner, as these will etch the polished surface of both the Calacatta Gold and Thassos chips, permanently dulling their finish. Wipe spills — especially oils, wine, and coffee — immediately to prevent absorption.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid any gray bleed-through showing beneath the translucent Thassos chips. Apply non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch to prevent scratching the polished marble surface. Back-butter each sheet lightly in addition to troweling the substrate to ensure full adhesion of all chips. Align mesh sheets carefully before setting and use a rubber float and beating block to level chips evenly across the sheet face.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
