30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Both Crema Marfil and Dream Stone are porous natural stones and must be sealed before grouting and after installation. Apply a penetrating stone sealer and reapply every 12 months in wet areas such as showers; every 2 years in dry backsplash applications. Pale ivory stones are particularly susceptible to staining from oils, wine, and acidic liquids, so timely sealing is essential.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. Never use vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, or ammonia-based products — acidic and alkaline cleaners will etch the polished surface of both stones, causing permanent dull spots. Blot spills immediately, especially on the light Crema Marfil chips.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid any gray bleed-through beneath the pale, translucent stone chips. Install sheets with non-sanded grout in joints of 1/8 inch or smaller to prevent scratching the polished surface. Align mesh backing carefully during layout so grout joints remain consistent across sheet seams. Back-butter individual chips in low-bond areas such as niches for maximum adhesion.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
