Sealing: White Carrara marble is a porous stone that requires sealing before grouting and after installation. Apply a high-quality penetrating stone sealer and reapply every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers — more frequently if the surface sees daily moisture exposure. Pale white marble is particularly susceptible to staining, so consistent sealing is strongly recommended.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. Never use vinegar, citrus-based cleaners, bleach, or any acidic or alkaline product, as these will etch the polished surface and dull its reflective sheen. Wipe spills — especially coffee, wine, and oils — immediately to prevent absorption into the stone.

Installation: Always use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey adhesive from telegraphing through the translucent white marble chips. Use non-sanded grout for the narrow joints typical of a 1×2 mosaic layout. Align mesh sheets carefully during installation, trimming with scissors as needed, and back-butter each sheet lightly for full adhesive coverage. Allow thinset to cure fully before grouting.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
