30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Seal with a penetrating impregnating sealer before grouting and after installation. In wet areas such as showers, reseal every 6–12 months to protect the porous stone from moisture, soap scum, and mineral deposits. The honed finish is slightly more absorbent than polished marble and benefits from diligent sealing.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. Avoid acidic cleaners, vinegar, citrus-based products, and bleach, all of which will etch or discolor the honed marble surface. Wipe up spills — especially coffee, wine, and citrus juice — promptly to prevent staining.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey bleed-through on these pale chips. Because the joints between 5/8-inch chips are small, use a non-sanded (unsanded) grout in a light grey or white tone. Align mesh sheets carefully, maintaining consistent spacing at seams. Back-butter individual sheets in addition to spreading thinset on the substrate for full adhesive coverage.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
