Sealing: Seal with a high-quality penetrating stone sealer before grouting and after installation. In wet areas such as showers and bathroom floors, reseal every 6–12 months to protect against moisture infiltration and staining. White and light-toned Carrara is particularly susceptible to discoloration from oils, iron minerals in water, and cleaning products, so consistent sealing is essential.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or mop — never use vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, or any acidic or alkaline cleaners, as these will etch and dull the polished surface. Wipe up spills immediately, especially acidic substances like wine, coffee, or citrus juice. Avoid abrasive scrubbers that can scratch the high-gloss finish.

Installation: Use a white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey bleed-through from showing beneath the translucent white marble chips. Apply non-sanded grout for the narrow joints typical of mosaic installations. Back-butter individual chips when installing on floors to ensure full adhesive coverage and prevent hollow spots. Align mesh sheets carefully edge-to-edge to maintain consistent hex geometry across the field.

Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
