A bright white marble with soft grey veining, in a 6 × 12 subway format with a polished finish.

Bianco Dolomite has a clean white ground with soft grey veins that run in long, loose strokes. The polished face reflects light and shows the depth of the stone. The 6 × 12 format suits a classic brick offset or a vertical stack.

Use it on bath walls, a kitchen backsplash or a feature wall. It can also go on indoor floors with light traffic. Polished marble is porous, so plan to seal it before and after grouting and wipe spills promptly. Expect slight shade variation (V2) from tile to tile.

Care & Cleaning

Seal It

Apply a penetrating stone sealer before installation and again after grouting. White marble is porous and stains easily from oils, soaps and minerals.

Clean It

Use a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft microfiber cloth or mop. Skip vinegar, citrus products and alkaline degreasers, which can etch the polished face.

Expect This

Polished marble shows etching and wear more readily than honed. Wipe wine, coffee and oil spills right away. Each tile carries its own veining.

Tile & Mosaic Depot supplies material only. Installation method, setting materials, and substrate are your installer's responsibility. Inspect every piece before setting; installation is acceptance, and installed material cannot be returned or claimed.

How much should I order?

Each tile covers 0.5 sq ft. Measure your area, then add 10% for cuts and waste, and order it all at once so it comes from one lot.

Where can I use this tile?

Use it on bathroom walls, kitchen backsplashes, feature walls and indoor floors with light traffic. For wet floors, high-traffic areas or outdoor spaces, a honed or different material is the safer choice.

What thinset should I use?

Choose a white polymer-modified thinset so nothing grey shows through the light stone. Back-butter each tile for full coverage, and seal the stone before and after grouting.

Samples are $7.99 each. Samples ship free and leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Sizes vary by material and availability — typically 3"×3" up to 8"×8" — and every sample is cut from the same material stocked for full orders.

What a Sample Shows
Color, texture, finish, and overall character. Because natural stone varies piece to piece, one sample represents the material but can't show the full range of a lot. How Your Order Ships
In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. Stone, porcelain, and mosaic ship on a pallet via scheduled LTL freight and arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. You'll get tracking and the carrier's name by email the day it ships.

Freight Delivery — What to Expect

The carrier calls you first. Every freight delivery is by appointment. Expect a call or text to set a window before the truck is dispatched.
Curbside delivery. The driver unloads to the curb or driveway. Freight does not include carrying material indoors or into a garage — plan for a helper or a hand truck.
Someone 18+ must sign. Inspect the pallet before signing. Note any damage, shortage, or broken shrink-wrap on the delivery receipt — this is what makes a claim valid.
Truck access. The address must be accessible to a full-size freight truck with enough space to unload.

Free Shipping
Free curbside freight on qualifying mosaic and molding orders over $1,999 in the continental U.S. Field tile, porcelain, and other product types ship at freight rates shown at checkout. Not available to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Damage & Shortages
Report within 3 calendar days of delivery with photos of the pallet, packaging, and affected pieces to sales@tileandmosaicdepot.com. Verified claims are covered. Shortages of 1–5 pieces are refunded rather than reshipped — which is why we recommend ordering 10% overage.

30-Day Returns
Uninstalled tile in full, unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return freight is paid by the customer. Partial boxes, opened boxes, installed material, and samples are final sale.

Natural Variation
Quarried stone varies in color, veining, shade, movement, and finish from piece to piece and from lot to lot. Screen photos and samples show the range, not the exact tile you'll receive. Variation is the nature of the material and is never grounds for return. Porcelain is far more consistent, but shade and pattern can still shift between production runs — buy your full quantity in one order.

Before You Install

Order 10% overage. Covers cuts, breakage, and spares for future repairs. Reorders may not match in tone or lot.
Inspect every piece before setting. Pull from all boxes, blend, and dry-lay the full area. Installation is acceptance — no claims are honored once tile is set.
Hire a qualified installer. Natural stone and large-format porcelain require experience with the material. Your installer is responsible for substrate, setting materials, and method.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a penetrating sealer and re-sealed periodically in wet and high-traffic areas. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner only — vinegar, bleach, ammonia, and acidic cleaners etch marble, limestone, travertine, and onyx permanently. Porcelain does not require sealing. Outdoor stone weathers and shifts in tone over time; this is expected.
