Sealing: Bianco Dolomite is a relatively porous white marble and should be sealed with a high-quality penetrating stone sealer before installation and re-sealed every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers or tub surrounds. The honed finish, while more forgiving than polished in terms of showing fingerprints, is equally susceptible to staining and etching and benefits greatly from regular sealing.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone soap or plain warm water and a soft cloth — never use acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus), bleach, or abrasive scrubbers, as these will etch and dull the honed marble surface. Wipe spills promptly, especially acidic substances like soap scum, shampoo, or citrus, to prevent etching.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid any gray bleed-through on this pale stone. Secure the quarter round with full back-buttering to ensure complete adhesion along the curved profile. For grout joints, use a non-sanded grout in a complementary white or light gray tone; ensure the trim pieces are fully supported and level before the mortar sets.

Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
