30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Calacatta Gold marble must be sealed before grouting and after installation. Apply a penetrating stone sealer designed for white marble, and reseal every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers and floors. The honed finish, while less reflective than polished, is still susceptible to staining and should be sealed thoroughly given the stone's light, pale background.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or mop — never use acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus), bleach, or abrasive scrubbers, as these will etch and dull the honed marble surface. Wipe up spills — especially oils, wine, coffee, and acidic liquids — immediately to prevent staining on the white background.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any gray adhesive from telegraphing through the light stone. Apply non-sanded grout for the small joints between hexagon chips. Align mesh sheets carefully during installation and back-butter individual chips where needed to ensure full adhesive coverage. Allow thinset to cure fully before grouting.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
