Sealing: Porcelain is a non-porous material and does not require sealing. However, if a penetrating sealer is applied to grout joints, use a grout-specific sealer and reapply annually in wet areas such as showers.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone and tile cleaner or mild dish soap diluted in warm water. Avoid acidic cleaners, vinegar, bleach, or abrasive scrubbing pads, which can dull the matte surface over time. Wipe spills promptly to prevent residue buildup on the textured matte finish.

Installation: Use a large-format tile trowel with a minimum 3/8-inch notch and back-butter each tile to ensure full coverage and prevent lippage. A white or light-grey polymer-modified thinset is recommended to maintain the clean white aesthetic. Use tile leveling clips during installation to manage the elongated format and minimize lippage. Grout joints of 1/16 to 1/8 inch are recommended with an unsanded or fine-sanded grout in a coordinating light tone.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Freight Delivery

Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.
Scheduled appointment. The freight company contacts you directly to arrange a delivery window.
Signature required. An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
