Sealing: As a porcelain tile, Timeless Travertino does not require sealing — the non-porous body is inherently stain and moisture resistant, making it a low-maintenance alternative to natural travertine in wet areas.

Cleaning: Clean regularly with a pH-neutral floor cleaner and a damp mop or microfiber cloth. Avoid acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus-based products) and abrasive scrubbing pads that can dull the matte finish over time. The matte surface can show water spots less than polished tile, but dried soap residue should be rinsed promptly.

Installation: Use a large-format, polymer-modified white or light gray thinset mortar to prevent show-through on lighter tile bodies. Back-buttering each tile is strongly recommended to ensure full coverage and eliminate hollow spots. Use a notched trowel (1/2″ × 1/2″ square-notch) for proper adhesion, and maintain consistent 1/16″ to 1/8″ grout joints with level-lippage spacers or a tile leveling system.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
