Sealing: Seal the marble surface with a penetrating stone sealer before grouting and again after installation. In wet areas such as showers, reseal every 6–12 months to protect the white marble from moisture infiltration and staining. Pale white marble is especially susceptible to discoloration from oils, soaps, and minerals, so consistent sealing is essential.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft microfiber cloth — never use acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus), bleach, or abrasive scrubbers, as these will etch the polished marble surface and can tarnish or corrode the brass inserts. Wipe spills immediately, especially from coffee, wine, and citrus juices. For the brass elements, avoid brass-specific chemical polishes that may streak or damage the adjacent stone.

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
