30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Calacatta Gold marble must be sealed before grouting and regularly maintained — apply a premium penetrating stone sealer prior to installation and reseal every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers. The white background is particularly susceptible to staining from oils, coffee, and mineral-rich hard water, so consistent sealing is especially important.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner or mild dish soap diluted in warm water; rinse thoroughly and dry the surface to prevent hard water spotting. Never use vinegar, citrus-based cleaners, bleach, or abrasive scrubbing pads — acidic products will etch the honed surface and dull its finish permanently. Blot spills immediately rather than wiping to avoid spreading.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any gray bleed-through showing under the translucent white marble chips. Align mesh sheets carefully on a flat, plumb substrate, maintaining consistent joint lines between sheets. Use non-sanded grout for the tight joints of this mosaic format, and back-butter individual sheets for full coverage in wet area applications. Allow thinset to cure fully before grouting.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
