30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Calacatta Gold marble must be sealed before grouting and regularly maintained with a penetrating stone sealer. In wet areas such as showers, reapply sealer every 6–12 months to prevent moisture infiltration and staining. The white background of this stone is especially susceptible to discoloration from oils, soaps, and hard water if left unsealed.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner or mild dish soap diluted in warm water — never use vinegar, citrus-based cleaners, bleach, or any acidic or alkaline products, as these will etch the polished surface and dull its finish. For daily maintenance, wipe dry after use in wet areas to prevent water spots and soap scum buildup, which are especially visible on the polished white surface.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey adhesive from telegraphing through the translucent white marble chips. Apply non-sanded grout in joints of 1/8 inch or smaller to avoid scratching the polished surface. Align mesh sheets carefully during installation, pressing firmly and back-buttering individual chips as needed to ensure full adhesion and a flat, even plane.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
