30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Calacatta Gold marble must be sealed before grouting and regularly thereafter. In wet areas such as shower walls, apply a penetrating stone sealer every 6–12 months. The honed finish, while more forgiving visually than polished, is still porous and requires diligent sealing to resist moisture and oil absorption, especially given the pale white background.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner or plain warm water and a soft cloth. Never use vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, or any acidic or alkaline cleaner — these will etch the honed marble surface and dull its finish permanently. Wipe spills, especially oils and acidic liquids, immediately to prevent staining the light stone.

Installation: Always use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey adhesive from telegraphing through the light marble. Use non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch. Press sheets firmly to ensure full adhesive contact across all fan-shaped chips. Align mesh sheets carefully at the seams to maintain the continuity of the scallop pattern across sheet joints. Back-butter individual chips if the mosaic surface feels uneven.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects.
